  • 2 Live Classes Per Month

Live Zoom classes take place every other Monday at 6:30 pm ET starting March 9th, 2026.  60 minutes per class. Can't be there live? You'll get the replays 24 hours afterward.  They don't expire.

  • 2 Joints Per Class

Work on just 2 areas of the body per live class.  Dial in your focus and skip the overwhelm.  Spine & shoulders, hips & knees, feet & ankles.

  • Real Time Feedback

Live classes include Q&A and time for Meghan to watch you move and provide individualized feedback (aka: you get exactly what you need!)

  • 20 Minute Homework

Between live classes, you'll get a short homework routine to incorporate into your training to build on what you learned in class.

  • Coaching For Women 40+

These classes are designed for women age 40+ who are training for their first (or farthest) ultra.  This phase of life (and run training) can be challenging for a variety of reasons.

  • Mobility That Anyone Can Do

You do NOT need any prior mobility experience to participate in these classes.  All you need is some space to move and a few props like: a tennis ball, yoga blocks, & yoga strap.

Meet Your Coach

Meghan Gould

Meghan Gould is an ultrarunning coach, educator, and the founder of She Runs Ultras

She specializes in helping women train for their first or farthest ultra.

She is a UESCA-certified Ultrarunning Coach and holds multiple certifications through Functional Range Systems, including Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Functional Range Assessment (FRA), and Functional Range Strength Coach (FRSC).

Her work bridges endurance training and joint-specific strength, helping runners build bodies that can handle the demands of real training and real life.

With decades of running experience and finishes ranging from 50Ks to 200 mile races, Meghan brings a practical, no-fluff approach to mobility focused on improving joint function, strength, and long-term resilience that helps her clients keep showing up to training without constantly “working around” something.

She believes mobility isn’t about doing more it’s about doing the right work, consistently, so your body is prepared for whatever the trails throw at it.
