If you run, then you're no stranger to aches and pains.
This class will teach you some simple strategies for reducing your aches and pains while also helping you become more physically resilient so that you can run all the miles!
Classes are on the following Thursdays from 6 - 7:15pm EST.
At the end of each class, not only will you feel amazing, but you'll also have a better understanding of how your body works.
Plus, you'll get a simple 15 minute movement routine that you practice between classes to keep making progress.

Meghan is an experienced ultra runner that's completed every distance from 50k to 200 miles.
When she first started running, she battled severe sciatic pain. Today, she's 100% pain free thanks to her mobility practice.
